March 2014 Private Club Associates signed a nineteenth month contract with RV Golf Enterprises LLC to manage the development of the golf course component for the new Pradera development in La Vernia, Texas. Included in the property will be the golf course, a retirement development, a single family home complex and an upscale RV resort. The golf course is scheduled to open in October 2015.
February 2014 The South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club of South St. Paul, Minnesota engaged Private Club Associates to conduct a feasibility study for a special events component in the club's proposed new clubhouse.
